- IS THE PRICE PER APARTMENT OR PER PERSON?

You pay for the apartment, although we do have a maximum number of people who can stay in each apartment.
- WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK-IN?

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT HOURS: The check-in in our apartments can be done from 15:00 onwards. Latest check out is at 11:00. Arrivals after 21:00 have check-in fee of 20 Euro and after midnight the fee will be 35 Euro. It is vital that we are informed of your approximate arrival time in Rome. Although early check-in may be possible if the apartment was vacant on the previous night. If you happen to arrive in the morning and your apartment is not ready, you can leave your bags in our office. Then you can either pick your luggage up later, or we can deliver it to your apartment at an agreed-upon time.
- WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?

Everything. You pay one flat rate – no extra charges for electricity or gas. We provide linen and towels, as well, so guests need not bring anything other than themselves!
- IS BREAKFAST PROVIDED?

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide guests with breakfast. Our apartments all come with fully equipped kitchens and are located in areas rich in restaurants and cafés.
- IS THERE AN ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING?

Unfortunately not. If you are unable to climb stairs, we can find a ground floor or first floor apartment for you.
- IS MY APARTMENT IN A CENTRAL LOCATION?

Yes, all our apartments are located in the city center.
- ARE PHONE CALLS FREE?

For short-term guests, we provide free local phone calls within reason. If you need to call internationally or a mobile phone, we can sell you a pre-paid calling card.
- CAN I BRING MY PET?

Of course. Please be aware, however, that you will be charged if your pet causes any damage to the apartment or the building.

There are three secure parking areas around the old town.

Payment is in euros upon arrival. Cash payments only
- WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and our clients fail to inform us about their decision to cancel their stay in our apartments prior to thirty days before their arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, the only case we are strict is "no show". The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from your credit card
- Bookings for 1 or 2 apartments for less than 3 weeks

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20 euro (admin fee)
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 4days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge
- Bookings for more than 2 apartments or for more than 3 weeks

In rare cases apartments can become no longer available after a booking has been made. This might happen for varying reasons from water damage to unscheduled building works. In this case we will attempt to reaccommodate our guests in suitable accommodation of our own at a price equivalent to the original agreed. In the case our own accommodation is not available we will not be held responsible for any extra costs the client bears over and above the original price agreed in securing alternative accommodation. In the case re-accommodation is impossible we issue a full refund. Once the payment for the apartment has been made, the client defaults his right to any refund in cases where he leaves before the agreed period.
